Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. A second notification will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. 

Orders placed after 6 pm will be considered for the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery

Deliveries are currently available for a selected set of areas and localities in Bengaluru. To check the availability, please enter your pin code. 

Deliveries are made from 8 am to 8 pm on all days (excluding Sundays and holidays). We will contact you via WhatsApp (the phone number you provided at checkout) to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and a text notification from us which will include the order ID. The delivery will be made within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@indoorharvestfarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We guarantee 100% efficiency and quality on all our products. 

However, under uncontrollable circumstances, if you receive a damaged or missing product, kindly contact us with product images within 12h of delivery at 8105475605 or email us at contact@indoorharvestfarms.com, and we will replace the products.

We don’t provide refunds for damaged products. However, due to unforeseen circumstances if we fail to deliver your order, you will be notified of the same and a complete refund will be done.
